Boil 2 to 3 cloves of garlic in a cup of water, strain them and then add the juice of half a lime to this and consume 2 twice a day for 1 week.



Make a paste with Ginger and add a pinch of salt to it, and then half lime juice to the half teaspoon of this paste and consume twice a day for 1 week.



Eat 1 Apple and 2 oranges a day.
