Almond can be consumed as a dry fruit, in the form of paste, soaked, or oil extracted used for various remedies.

Eating 4 to 5 almonds soaked overnight in the morning is very beneficial, as this helps body to digest proteins throughout the day.


ALMOND OIL FOR FACE

Consuming Almonds in any form will help fight against acne, wrinkles, and enhance your skin’s beauty.
 
Soak few almonds overnight and grind them into a smooth paste in the morning and apply on the face. Wash off gently after 20 minutes. This smoothen your skin and remove any blemishes.
 
Apply Almond oil under your eyes overnight to reduce under eye dark circles.
 
Keep you wrinkles away with a mask made with almond oil and a few drops of honey mixed together and applied.
 
A paste made with almonds added with some rose water can be an excellent refreshing face wash.
