Natural Home Remedies for Vertigo



Vertigo always begins with headache and nausea, so start taking a bit of salt, black pepper, and lemon juice in a glass of warm water and drink it as soon as the symptoms begin to prevent a bout of vertigo. Do not make any sudden jerky movements while getting up from the bed, as this may lead to imbalance. 




Soak one teaspoon of amla powder in water with one teaspoon coriander seeds and leave over night. Strain this water and add 1/2 tsp sugar and drink.



Try relaxing your body to the maximum and get enough sleep.



Follow a healthy diet that contains essential vitamins and minerals.



Prevent dehydration by taking more of liquids in the form of juices or water. 



Get some ripe strawberries and mix them with yogurt and have them.



Chew a piece of ginger or add to your tea, which helps in controlling blood pressure, headaches, and nausea. 



Grind 10 almonds and mix it in a glass of warm milk and drink it, this will make you feel energetic & healthy.
