Taking care about your hair takes a lot of hardships but your effort pays off eventually. This is important to consider that in order to keep one’s hair voluminous and healthy; you need to be regularly giving your hair cleanse, toning, shampoo, and conditioning. Only then can you expect a healthy and beautiful hair.

Find below some of the hair care tips that will give you a summary about your hair care plan.


Brush your hair every day before you go to sleep each night as to remove the hair tangles.

Always sue a mild shampoo to wash your hair and never use harsh shampoos. Use very little shampoo that is enough to cover your hair with lather. Always use a conditioner after shampooing your hair to keep your hair soft, moist, and manageable.

Never try to brush your hair when it is wet. This will make your to stretch and break. Use your fingers to dry up your hair, or a wide-toothed comb to remove any knots there gently.

It is better to avoid using a blow-dryer, as this may make your hair dry and harsh as it squeezes the hair moisture. If you are to use a hair dryer, be sure that you hold it away from your hair and keep it moving.

Never use dyes, use henna (mehandi) instead as a colouring agent or conditioner. Dyes may affect the eyes and the smell can sometimes be very strong and unpleasant.

Try to include calcium supplements in your daily routine. Add iron, minerals, proteins, and healthy foods in your diet.



Drink 250 ml of milk everyday that is good for the body
and your hair as well.

Never try to pull back your hair tightly as this cause weakening the hair roots that may result in hair breaks.

After your hair gets a perm, do not brush your hair but use a wide-tooth comb instead


Massage your head with oils that contain Vitamin E to make your hair look soft and silky.

Relaxation is very important to the overall health of your body and hair. Hair fall can also happen due to stress. Try to include foods that are rich in Vitamin B, C, and E in your diet.

Sun rays are very harmful to the hair.  Avoid going out in the sun without using hat or a scarf.

Never wash your hair neither with too hot or too cold water. The water should always be at a normal temperature

If your hair is too oily, cut down on any fatty foods and fried snacks. Drink plenty of water and lots of fluids say about 6-8 glasses a day, this flushes out the toxins and gives you a healthy and shiny hair.



Trim your hair once in every 5 to 6 months to prevent split ends.

Use warm camphor oil and apply the oil on your scalp and massage with your fingers for 10 to 15 minutes and then wash your hair thoroughly with a mild shampoo. You can also give a steam to your hair using a hot towel for 5 to 10 minutes before wash.



Vinegar mixed with warm water helps making dull hair look bouncy. Rinse your hair with this mixture once in a month. This makes your hair look shiny.


Deep condition your hair once in a month with curd, beer, and egg. Make a mixture with all these three ingredients and let it steep for a few minutes and then apply on the hair and wash it off after a couple of hours.



Pure coconut oil helps in hair to grow fast. Massage your scalp with coconut oil that is heated slightly. Castor oil can also be applied to your hair that is good for hair growth.
