Our colon is one of our body’s friendly organs, which is a part of our digestive system that eliminates the toxins and wastes away from our body. Boil a glass of water and then add one tablespoon of sea salt to this water and then let this boil for just few more seconds and then let it cool down or become lukewarm. Now start to sip it slowly like how you take your tea and then lie down to rest, as you may feel mild nauseous and headache after having this solution. In few minutes, you will feel the urge to go to bathroom to pass your bowels for several times.
 

After this method: Take lots of normal water, fresh fruit juices and natural drinks during the day time. These are very essential to make up for that loss of essential minerals, water, and electrolytes due to the salt water therapy that you have taken up in the morning.
 
Take light meals such as steamed vegetables, chicken soup etc in the day time
