12 Natural Methods To Grow Your Fingernails Faster And Stronger




Our nails are also made of the same protein called keratin as that of our hair.  Our fingernails grow much faster than our toenails and grow about 1/10th inch each month and may be even slow. Olive Oil
 

Apply lukewarm olive oil to your cuticles and nails and then massage gently for about 5 minutes and wear cotton gloves. You can also soak your nails in warm olive oil for about 10 to 15 minutes to promote healthy nails growth. Do the above methods once daily for about 2 weeks to see the change
 

Coconut Oil
 

Apply warm coconut oil to your nails and cuticles and then massage gently in a circular motion for about 10 to 15 minutes at night and leave them overnight to promote blood circulation. You can also soak your fingers in warm coconut oil for about 15minutes to promote nails growth. Practice this method every day for about 2 weeks to see the results
 

Flaxseeds oil
 
Massage your nails and cuticles with some warm flaxseeds oil for about 15 minutes and then leave overnight wearing hand gloves. Repeat this once every day for few weeks to see the desired results.

Apply petroleum jelly to your nails and cuticles before going to bed to keep them moisturized
