Corn Kabab Recipe

Preparation Time – 10 minutes

Ingredients for Corn Kabab Recipe

Boiled corns – 50 gms

Boiled potatos – 100 gms

Corn flour – 1 tablespoon

Jeera – ½ tbs

Chat masala – ½ tbs

Red mirchi powder – ½ tbs

Oil – for frying

Salt – As required

Method of Preparation for Corn Kabab Recipe

Mix all the above ingredients thoroughly to make dough

Divide this mixture into equal portions of the size you want into a round shape and then press these rounds to flat kebabs.

Deep fry these kebabs in hot oil till they are golden brown in color.
Keep them on to a tissue paper to absorb the excessive oil
Serve them hot with green chutney or raita and enjoy the scrumptious corn kabas !
